We are insurance company approved and work with most of the major insurance companies so you can be certain that when you come to us you are getting a service that is of high quality. We can also liaise with the insurance company direct so that you don't need to worry about making phone calls during the day when most of us are at work. Digital images can be taken of your vehicle for your reference and our free estimates are raised on one of our insurance-recognised estimating systems, Audatex or TTS Autoclaims. You can even log into an online tracking system called "Claimwatch" which will enable you to monitor the progress of the vehicle at your own convenience.
Whilst your vehicle is in repair you will be provided with a courtesy car which can be picked up when you bring your vehicle or can be delivered to you if we are arranging collection of your vehicle.
This car is provided free of charge by Patterson Accident Repairs to ensure that you won't be without transport whilst your vehicle is being repaired.
We have a number of courtesy vehicles that are available for use so there is usually something to suit everyones needs.
Once you car repair costs have been estimated by our trained staff the details are entered on our Auto Management System. This system enables any one of our staff to monitor the progress of your vehicle, from what work has already been carried out, what repairs there are left to do, where your vehicle is at the current time (e.g. paint shop) and how long the estimated works will take.
This ensures our customers, should they call to check the progress of their vehicle, will get a prompt and accurate answer from our staff.
